DUTY MANAGER – CLOCKTOWER HOTEL
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team at the Clocktower Hotel. The successful applicant will be a strong team leader with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures
· Manage staff on shift to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction
· Handle cash and reconcile tills
· Monitor and operate TAB, Keno and Gaming Machines in line with compliance standards
· Assist bar and restaurant operations, ensuring quality service at all times
Skills & Experience Required
· Current NSW RSA & RCG
· Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a hospitality venue
· Knowledge and understanding of TAB, Keno and Poker Machine Operations
· Experience managing large crowds and busy trading periods
· Cash handling and reconciliation skills
· Understanding of bar products, cocktails, coffee, and restaurant operations
· Strong customers service skills
· Strong communication and leadership skills
Position Details
· hours a week
· Predominantly night shifts
· Must be available Friday and Saturday nights
