**Responsibilities**
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our client's business and their brought, owned and earned channels
- Work tirelessly to build and maintain meaningful relationships by using your expertise and experience to provide trusted and valued recommendation's
- Confidently plan and develop campaigns, QBRs, recommendation's and client roadmaps with a thoughtful and measured approach
- Use your well developed analytical skills to continuously examine the landscape and identify new opportunities and embrace innovation
- Develop and embed best practice across the team, leading the team members to ensure investment is made based on the clients needs and the clients expectations are exceeded
- Work alongside the lead to provide oversight and clear direction for future improvements
**Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years relevant digital marketing experience
- A degree in Marketing or similar
- Proven success leading and developing a talented team of specialists
- Well developed skills across the tools from Google Ads through to DV360 and Facebook Ads
- A skilled communicator who understands their audience and communicates with integrity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability provide insights and deliver analysis
- A thought leader who encourages input, ideas and innovation from others
- A can do attitude, that thinks outside the box and challenges the status quo
