Join a high-performing Finance team, working closely and supporting our Sales & Marketing functions, where your insights will shape the future of our commercial success as an organisation. In this role, you'll be the analytical engine behind critical financial and non-financial reporting, partnering with the Finance Team and Business Leaders to influence direction and deliver impact.
What you'll be doing...
* Lead or contribute to strategic planning, process enhancements, and adoption of AI tools for better analytics.
* Deliver accurate, timely and meaningful financial reports, models, and insights to support strategic business decisions.
* Design and implement advanced reporting tools (including BI queries in TechnologyOne) to improve data access and analysis.
* Prepare analytical summaries and actionable recommendations aligned with leadership priorities.
* Consolidate data into clear and comprehensive reports across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
* Partner with the Finance team to maintain a single source of truth for financial information.
* Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and support continuous improvement.
* Conduct deep‐dive financial modelling to resolve complex issues and guide commercial strategy.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Finance Business Partners to support business cases, budgets, and forecasts.
* 2+ years in a commercial finance role or similar.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Commercial acumen and a genuine interest in business performance.
* Exceptional communication skills – you can explain the "what" and the "why".
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, change‐oriented environment.
* A proactive team player who thrives on collaboration and shared success.
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
* Professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA) or working towards it.
