About the role
International Student Services (ISS) Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient and responsive administrative support to the ISS team and International Education Services (IES). The role delivers a range of administrative functions to support the day-to-day coordination of international student enrolments, homestay accreditation, and student homestay placement teams.
The position provides accurate and timely customer service and operational support across ISS team and IES. It is responsible for administering a variety of systems, documents, and information, including the sensitive handling of queries and communications from homestays, school personnel, agents, parents or legal guardians.
Qualifications
Essential: Nil.
Desirable: Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and the ability to speak a language other than English (particularly one that reflects countries where IES has existing engagement) would be an advantage.
