Your new role
Your new company are on the lookout for an Admin assistant to help with the day-to-day operations of the business, including:
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Greeting and welcoming visitors
* Scheduling appointments and meetings and other necessary bookings
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
* Filing documents (paper and digital)
* Data entry into spreadsheets or databases
* Monitoring and ordering office supplies
* Handling general email correspondence
* Processing of timesheets etc
What you'll need to succeed
* 2 year's experience in a similar position
* Previous Administrative Experience
* Great Communication Skills
* Great customer service manners
* A drivers licence
What you'll get in return
This role offers full-time hours Monday to Friday with weekends off. As well as an attractive rate of $35.00 per hour plus super and penalties. Offering a welcoming and supportive work environment. This position is an initial 6 month contract through Hays with the possibility to extend for the right potential candidate
