About the Role
Mercedes Benz Perth are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you/'ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front-desk support.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
- Support the service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests
- Manage the service reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Current driver/'s licence
