We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to join our vibrant Residential Village in Bangalow, working 3 days per week .
In this rewarding role, you'll support residents by delivering safe, evidence‑based, person‑centred care that aligns with their individual care plans. You'll play a key part in helping residents live safely, comfortably, and confidently within our community – always upholding their dignity, respecting their individuality, and celebrating their unique identity, culture, and diversity.

The role
* The role primarily provides support for the implementation of individualized care plans, aiming to improve resident's physical, cognitive, and emotional wellbeing. It involves supporting residents with mobility, therapeutic exercise and engagement in recreational activities.
* Assist with group programs including exercises, as delegated.
* Support the use, maintenance and provision of appropriate aids, equipment and assistive technology as directed.
* Create positive relationships with our residents to make them feel like they are truly at home.
About you
* Minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or an equivalent.
* Experience in similar role in aged and/or community care.
* A genuine enthusiasm, care, and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people.
