Job Description
As a Breaks Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality early education programs across various kindergartens throughout the Bendigo Region. You will work collaboratively with teams across multiple services to provide essential release time for our educators, assisting with keeping programs running smoothly and supporting documentation, observations, and daily routines.
About the Role
The Breaks Educator position involves providing break coverage at designated times across multiple kindergartens. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and be able to demonstrate their ability to embed First Nations perspectives within their pedagogy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A current Victorian Working With Children Check (Employer)
* A current First Aid and CPR Certification
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Experience working with children (essential)
* Experience in a kindergarten setting (desirable)
* Flexibility and adaptability in different environments
