The Role
We are currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager on behalf of a well‐established Australian business experiencing steady growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‐on sales leader to drive strategy, manage a national sales team and contribute directly to business growth. You will lead and support a national sales team while developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to ensure strong alignment between market demand, product offering and sales performance.
You will manage
* 3 x Business Development Managers (Brisbane, Melbourne & Perth)
* Future expansion of the national sales team
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and executing sales strategies
* Managing key client relationships and identifying new opportunities
* Leading marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Coordinating trade shows and industry exhibitions
* Monitoring sales performance and reporting on key metrics
About You
* Experience in sales leadership or sales management
* Strong business development and relationship management skills
* Experience developing sales and marketing strategies
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
