Role Overview The Head of Commercial Operations is a new executive position responsible for global commercial reporting, sales operations, and enablement. You will be the strategic backbone of the revenue organisation, translating data into insights that guide decision-making and execution across APAC, the Americas, and EMEA. This role ensures consistent, scalable commercial processes while enabling knowledge sharing across the company’s eight products. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in global SaaS go-to-market operations, especially with CRM or ERP platforms. As Head of Commercial Operations, you’ll lead global sales reporting, forecasting, systems, and enablement across APAC, the Americas, and EMEA. Key Responsibilities Own the why and how of sales operations, performance reporting, and GTM strategy. Drive the collection and conversion of sales data into commercial insights that inform strategic decisions. Oversee global forecasting, budgeting, pipeline governance, compensation modelling, and renewals reporting. Lead high-performing commercial teams across sales ops, enablement, and financial analytics. Support sales effectiveness across all customer-facing functions by aligning tools, systems, and processes. Govern and optimise CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (NetSuite) adoption and integrity across all regions. Champion knowledge sharing and collaboration across product, sales, and customer success teams. Ideal Candidate Minimum 8 years of SaaS sales operations or commercial leadership, ideally with global oversight. Proven track record managing complex GTM environments with multiple product lines. Demonstrated success using HubSpot, NetSuite, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Strong commercial judgement with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategy.
