Skillful civil estimating professionals are required to work on complex infrastructure projects that drive community transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to develop accurate cost estimates.
* Preparing and sending out supplier packages, negotiating with suppliers to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborating with the construction team to develop effective methodologies, programs, and risk management strategies.
* Preparing comprehensive tender submission documents using first-principle estimating expertise and software skills.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* 10+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry, with proficiency in estimating software and tools.
* Proficiency in MS Project program and project planning.
