They have an enviable internal culture that is very positive, progressive, collaborative, and supportive of its team members. Due to internal promotion and growth, they are now seeking a technically strong and high-calibre Financial Controller for their high-performing environment.
The Role
Reporting into the CFO, the Financial Controller is responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, developing, and monitoring budgets, analyzing information for use in decision-making. Managing a team of 4, the role also contributes to the development of strategic plans for the business and ensures statutory and corporate compliance to minimize business risk.
The Ideal Candidate
CA qualified, you will have begun your career in a large well-known Chartered Accounting environment. This position is ideal for a strong leader who wants to work in a market-leading organisation. It is essential that you have the ability to work towards deadlines, experience in the preparation and review of statutory accounts and disclosures, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments would be ideal but is not essential.
