Our client is a long established, area landmark new car dealership located in the Southern Tablelands area of NSW. They have a vacancy for a fully experienced Service Manager to join their management team. The service department trades Monday to Friday at the moment, but trading on every 2nd Saturday morning is expected to be introduced in due course. The dealership offers security of tenure, strong selling franchises and a friendly working atmosphere. The town offers all modern educational, medical, sporting, recreational and shopping facilities. Applicants for this position MUST have current or recent franchised dealership Service Manager experience. You will have strong people handling, management, costing and organizational abilities, whilst being motivated equally by customer satisfaction and profitability. You will be able to motivate your staff to reach their potential, and contribute positively to the well-being and growth of the business. Applicants with knowledge of the Titan DMS and with Parts Department operations will have an advantage.
Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer in the $80 to $90k range (depending on previous experience), super, commission structure and company vehicle. On Target Earnings (retainer + commission) should be around $150k. Relocation assistance is also offered for the successful applicant.
