Key Responsibilities:

* Provide person-centered care to residents, prioritizing their dignity, autonomy, and comfort;

* Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming;

* Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance;

* Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans;

* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care and progress;

* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies;

Prior experience working in a residential aged care setting (desired but not required);

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that promotes resident independence and dignity;

A willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
