Central Sterilising Department Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated technician to join our Central Sterilising Supply Department.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Perform decontamination, cleaning, preparation, and packaging of medical instruments according to policies and infection control standards.
o Operate and monitor sterilising equipment, reporting faults and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
o Maintain accurate records, manage stock and supplies, and contribute to efficient workflow within CSSD.
As a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support patient care and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of sterilisation procedures and protocols.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
