FGB was established in 1867 as a pharmaceutical company and we have been a primary producer of eucalyptus oil since 1852 – harvesting, distilling along with research & development. We specialise in natural products and healthy solutions for you and your family, and we are proudly Australian and family owned. Our proprietary brands include Bosisto's and Euky Bear and the exclusive distributors of Vicks Home Health and Braun medical devices in Australia & NZ.

Our products are sold Australia-wide through Pharmacy, Grocery, online and other selected retail outlets.

We are proud of our rich heritage, growing natural product range and passion and commitment to Australian eucalyptus oil.

About the Role:

As the Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding FGB's market footprint by identifying and converting new business opportunities across existing and emerging channels. You will also support the Senior Account Manager in managing Australia and New Zealand Grocery retailers across the home and personal care portfolio's.

This is a dynamic, varied role where you'll partner closely with internal teams and customers to drive growth, manage day-to-day account needs, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

New Business Development

* Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple categories and channels
* Build strong customer relationships and manage an effective call cycle
* Support the development of proposals, capability presentations and product demonstrations
* Analyse market insights and deliver meaningful sales reporting and forecasting

Homecare Account Support

* Manage end-to-end forecasting to achieve accuracy targets
* Oversee trade spend and claims management with accurate reporting
* Maintain product data, manage customer portals and coordinate paperwork for reviews
* Align with merchandisers and brokers to drive promotional activity and ranging

What you'll bring:

Essential

* Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG, ideally Grocery
* Experience as an Account Executive or in a sales support role for national grocery accounts (Coles or Woolworths)
* Proven sales performance with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to forecast accurately
* Skilled communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation capability
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously

Desirable

* Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
* Experience in similar FMCG environments
