Project Administrator Role
This role is responsible for coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. It involves liaising with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
* Analyse project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs as necessary to achieve maximum benefit.
* Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on individual strengths and abilities.
* Build the skill sets of individual team members and capture overall learnings for the company.
* Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
Skill Set
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams.
* Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Project management experience.
Work Schedule
* 8 hour shift.
* Monday to Friday.
* No weekends.
