THE ROLE
We are looking for a proven senior commercial broker who loves the chase. We understand that your current employment contract may restrict what you can bring with you and we respect that completely. What we are looking for is someone who is energised by networking and winning new business from scratch and doesn't need to rely on an existing book to hit the ground running. We know that those existing relationships will come in time.
As we grow, your role will extend beyond your own portfolio. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in bringing others along, mentoring junior staff, sharing knowledge and helping build a team that is as strong as the business we are creating together.
