Your Role in Our Future
As the Clinical Project Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly across our vaccines/outpatient clinical trials with a key focus on working collaboratively with internal teams, external clinicians, sponsors, and monitors.
It's all about staying organised, keeping the lines of communication open, and making sure we're hitting the highest standards and following all the right rules along the way.
Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating and executing multiple vaccines/outpatient clinical trials simultaneously.
Assist with the preparation, maintenance and archiving of trial documentation and records.
Ensuring study specific information is communicated effectively and professionally amongst all stakeholders including sponsors, patients and internal teams.
Support the development of eSource databases in line with study requirements and proactively conduct data entry and data query resolution.
Prepare for study monitoring and audit visits preparing all site files and source notes for archiving.
Ensure participant and vendor payments are managed and issued in time.
Ensure all project trackers are maintained and kept up to date to allow the Head, Projects to raise client.
This role will be full-time and based at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
Your Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present information to stakeholders.
Demonstrated capacity to liaise with diverse teams and across multiple simultaneous projects.
Advanced time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing and shifting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritise workloads.
Tertiary qualification in Science, Health Science or related field.
Previous experience working within clinical trials (desirable).
