About The Position
As a full-time Administration Officer, you will work in our Bundaberg office, providing essential support to our Youth, Families & Communities, Allied Health and Disability divisions.
You will be responsible for maintaining professional front-of-office operations, supporting staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
In this dynamic role, you'll engage with diverse individuals daily, offering assistance and creating a welcoming environment for all.
* Provide administrative and reception support, managing daily office operations and correspondence.
* Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a professional workspace.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails, delivering excellent customer service.
* Manage reception duties, including mail, deliveries, and coordination of appointments and communications.
* Schedule and support meetings, appointments, and regional events.
* Maintain accurate staff and client records, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
* Assist managers with timesheets, rosters, training records, and other administrative support.
