Property Asset Coordinator
Job Description:
The Property Asset Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of assets across various departments and organizations. This includes overseeing the administration and physical control of property, as well as maintaining accurate records and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Establishes and maintains departmental asset tracking systems.
* Manages the administration and physical control of Government/customer property.
* Ensures functional procedures are compliant with relevant regulations and site-specific requirements.
* Coordinates property management activities with affected departments/organizations/groups.
* Supports audits and reviews related to property management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and expertise in property management and inventory control.
