**Overview**:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. Working closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the success of brand initiatives across various channels and touchpoints.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Strategy**: Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies aligned with company objectives and consumer insights.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail landscape.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as merchandising, finance, and creative services to ensure alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and recommend optimizations as needed.
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Passion for retail, consumer trends, and understanding of the Australian market landscape.
