About the Role:
As a senior clinician in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will work closely with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of services, including obstetric and gynaecological care.
* Lead and manage a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care

* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the department
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes
* Provide training and education to junior staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Medicine or relevant field
* Registration as a medical practitioner with the relevant authorities
* Proven experience in leading and managing a team of clinicians
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
