About The Role
We are now seeking full‐time/part‐time/casual Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead service across our renowned hatted restaurant 'The Dining Room' and support our other food and beverage outlets. If you are passionate about hospitality, love working with an engaged team, and thrive in beautiful surroundings, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Primarily focusing on the Dining Room, a hatted restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager, delivering warm, professional and authentic hospitality.
* Preparing venues for service and working closely with the Restaurant Manager.
* Assisting in the leadership and development of a vibrant front‐of‐house team.
* Supporting all aspects of daily food and beverage operations across all outlets including Weddings and Events, Conference Servicing and Cellar Door.
About You
* Previous experience in luxury hotels or premium dining venues.
* Strong attention to detail and knowledge in fine dining is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
* A proactive, positive attitude and team‐oriented mindset.
* A valid RSA certificate.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
* WSET accreditation or desirable knowledge in wines, preferable but not required.
