We are looking for a skilled mechanical design engineer to lead the proposal process by providing clients with input on design options, project schedules and code review.
Responsibilities include performing site visits to existing facilities for information gathering on existing conditions, working with project managers and designers to prepare construction drawings and calculations in AutoCAD or Revit, and conducting quality control review analyses to ensure final documents and specifications exceed client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience on Higher Ed, Municipal, K-12, and Commercial projects.
* Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of North Carolina or ability to obtain your PE in North Carolina within 6 months.
