**About the Role**
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Saba Technical Lead to join BOQ. Where this critical role will play a integeral part in the delivery of technical and project support specific to SABA systems.
This will include but will not be limited to:
- Work with customers to understand and document functional requirements
- Facilitate training sessions to drive knowledge sharing and business adoption
- Act as the Lead Technical Support for SABA (LMS and TalentLink)
- Manage Security assignments within SABA based on role requirements
- Manage new releases of the platform to drive business engagement and ensure governance process are followed
- Provide functional and technical solutions to allow for issue resolution and continuous development activities
- Work closely with the LMS, Talent Acquisition and Systems teams to resolve functional or workflow issues
- Work as Solution Architect with LMS and TalentLink project teams providing solution design for all projects executed.
