Training and Development Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and delivery of training programs across our operations.
* Develop effective training plans, documentation and competency programs ensuring workforce capability is aligned with organisational goals, industry best practice and regulatory standards.
* Deliver site inductions, safety programs, operator assessments and Verification of Competency (VOC) sessions.
* Assess training needs, design learning materials, schedule training, recommend external courses and evaluate training effectiveness in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Maintain Learning Management Systems and drive the company's training capability to support future growth.
