This role can be based in Naarm – Melbourne, Boorloo – Perth, Ngambri – Canberra, Meanjin – Brisbane or Warrang – Sydney.
Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assessing components of clearance cases with meticulous attention to detail and managing complex processes, while reporting to an experienced team leader.
* Managing caseloads efficiently.
* Leading a team and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing complex processes either as part of a team or by leading one.
* Ensuring quality outcomes by enforcing stringent quality controls.
Skills And Attributes For Success
* Attention to Detail: The meticulous scrutiny of extensive data and identification of potential risks.
* Quality Assurance: Firm commitment to uphold high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.
* Time Management: Ensure milestones and SLAs are met with close attention to competing demands on time.
* Australian Citizens who possess a Security Clearance of Baseline, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 1 or 2 as required (preferred)
* Upgrade to Negative Vetting 1 or 2 as required (preferred)
