We are currently partnering with a highly regarded, community focused early learning provider to recruit an exceptional Early Childhood Director for a beautiful, well established service located near the Hawthorn region.

The Opportunity
As Director, you will play a key leadership role in driving the overall success of the service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and inspiring your team, and ensuring the delivery of high quality education and care across all areas of the centre.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Director, or a confident Assistant Director who is ready to step into a leadership role with strong mentoring and support in place.

About You
* Minimum two years' experience in a Director position
* ACECQA approved qualification, Diploma, Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education
* Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high performing teams
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and quality standards
* Passionate about delivering high quality outcomes for children, families and educators
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
