Kingscliff child care educator required

We are a not for profit In Home Care Child Care Service servicing the Northern Rivers, Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.

We have a single parent shift working family in Kingscliff requiring an In Home Care Educator to care for two children ages 7 years and 3 years. The parent works as a Paramedic in Queensland, with non-standard hours often outside the typical operating times of childcare centres. One child attends School, the other child attends child care services. Some of the parent's shifts involve being on call, with only a day's notice provided via text message. You will be required to drop the children to school and day care.

• Tuesday 5:30am – 8:30am // 4pm - 1am
• Wednesday 5:30am – 8:30am
• Thursday 5:30am – 8:30am // 6pm - 1am

$36.50 per hour inclusive of Superannuation

ASAP

• Certificate III in Children's Services (ACECQA approved)
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (in a childcare setting)
• WWCC
• Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
• Public liability insurance (once successfully placed)
• Medical Clearance
• Child Protection refresher required every 2 yearsABN (this role is for a self employed/contractor)
• Photo ID
• PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)

Part time, Casual

$40.00 per hour
