Job requirements
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator to support the RTO’s administrative, compliance, and delivery functions across the East Coast.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting traineeships, school-based programs, government-funded training, and resource development. You’ll coordinate training delivery, manage learner records, and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulatory frameworks. This role is ideal for someone with RTO experience who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide coordination and administrative support for a range of training programs, including scheduling, trainer arrangements, and venue bookings. You’ll maintain accurate student records, monitor learner progress, and manage enrolments and payment plans. The role involves collaborating with trainers, clients, and funding bodies to ensure smooth program delivery and compliance with relevant frameworks. You’ll assist with reporting, certification processing, data entry, and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, resources, and training tools. It’s a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Job responsibilities
Essential:
* Year 10 education or higher
* 3+ years of administrative experience in an RTO environment
* Strong understanding of NSW Smart & Skilled and QLD Skills Assure funding contracts
* Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
* Current C Class driver’s licence
* High-level communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* Experience with student data systems and reporting
Desirable:
* Experience in rail, resources or transport industries
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* Experience using PowerPro RTO software
