About the role
Join our vibrant team at Orchid co coffee' as a Barista All rounder. In this full-time role based in East Geelong VIC 3219, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers, as well as assisting with various front-of-house duties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all who visit our cafe.
What you'll be doing
1. Preparing and serving a range of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standards
2. Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
3. Assisting with counter service, cash handling, and general front-of-house operations
4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
5. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the cafe
What we're looking for
1. Experience as a barista large volume
2. Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
