The Role at a Glance An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Administrative Officer to join the TAVI and Mitral Valve Service within the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab at John Hunter Hospital. This role supports the coordination of specialised, life-changing cardiac procedures in a busy and highly collaborative clinical environment. You will play a key role in the day-to-day administrative operations of the service, supporting clinicians and ensuring patients receive timely and well-coordinated care. Your responsibilities will include managing referrals and waitlists, coordinating appointments, and providing high-level administrative and telephone support. You bring a proactive, positive approach to your work, with strong typing and data entry skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
