Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and mentor a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results
* Manage resources, including labour, plant, tools, consumables, and equipment
* Ensure the execution of work packages aligns with project quality, safety, and environmental management plans
* Promote and ensure adherence to safety and environmental working practices
* Administer and supervise sub-contracted work during the execution of the sub-contractor's scope of work on site
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years' experience in a resources industry construction environment
2. 5+ years in supervisory role
3. Ability to supervise and mentor a team
4. Construction White/Blue Card
5. Current Australian
