Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales growth and brand loyalty.
* Demonstrate Dyson products across various categories, including floor care, environmental control, personal care, and professional solutions.
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Ensure visual merchandising is maintained at all times, with opportunities to increase Dyson's in-store presence.
* Build strong relationships with store management and staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in technology. You will also have:
* Availability for permanent weekend work.
* Customer service and/or sales experience.
* Experience within a premium retail environment (advantageous).
* A confident approach and a friendly, engaging manner.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information simply.
* Ability to work independently.
* Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
* Determination, passion, and drive for results.
