Site Engineer
About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will support the delivery of civil construction projects by assisting with planning, documentation, and on-site coordination. You will work closely with experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Project Planning: Assist in creating daily project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure effective project management.
* Site Documentation: Support site documentation including production sheets and subcontractor records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Construction Drawings and Specifications: Interpret construction drawings and specifications to support site operations, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
* Liaising with Stakeholders: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
* Progress Reporting: Conduct site walks and report on progress, risks, or issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Documentation Management: Maintain and update project files and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, as well as a current WA Driver's Licence and White Card. You will also need basic understanding of engineering and construction principles, excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You should be a team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn, able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
