We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join our dynamic, close knit Commercial Disputes team. This is a part-time permanent position working 3 days per week.
This is a growth role where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our high-performing Commercial Disputes team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside respected partners who collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, high net worth individuals, local councils and government entities. **What does the role involve?**
- Administrative support to partners and fee earners
- Opening and closing files
- Conflict checks
- Preparing reports
- Assisting with updating precedents
- Managing client data within our CRM software
- Diary Management
- Billing
- Legal administrative tasks to support the Practice Manager of the team
- 1-2 years experience in an administration role
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- A desire to learn and develop new skills
- A can do attitude
- Ability to work to deadlines and remain under pressure
