These responsibilities are negotiated in alignment with the employee's performance review and development goals, offering a pathway for professional growth and leadership.
The

Nurses at this level provide high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services in various healthcare settings, consolidating their knowledge and skills while continuously developing through professional experience and ongoing education. Nurses at this stage are responsible for maintaining their own standards of care and are accountable for activities delegated to others. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development and the chance to further enhance clinical skills in a supportive and cooperative environment.
