The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand / Plumber to join our team.
This role involves both supervised and unsupervised work on commercial and residential sites, installing plumbing systems with a commitment to excellence.

Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on commercial and residential projects, including water supply, drainage, and gas systems.
Supervise and coordinate tasks on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Prepare work sites by setting up materials, tools, and equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Licenses and requirements
Valid driver\'s license
White Card
Proven experience in plumbing, particularly in commercial and residential projects
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
