We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. This is an on-site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations and working closely with a team.
In this role, you will be a valued and trusted part of the team, playing a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly by supporting key operational and financial functions.
Reporting to the Director – Marketing, Sales & Hospitality and the Finance Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day finance and administration operations of our busy, supportive and fun venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of end-to-end financial administration, including reconciliations, invoicing and trouble shooting
* Manage accounts receivable and purchasing functions and sales & takings reconciliations across all departments using various software packages
* Contribute to financial reporting, analysis and reconciliation of weekly takings to support business decision-making
* Oversee all of the financial reconciliations
* Provide trusted administrative support to Directors and Managers across the business
* Act as a key point of contact within the office, supporting day-to-day operations including but not limited to basic IT troubleshooting and email coordination
About You
You are the go-to person in the office, known for your positive outlook, welcoming nature and strong communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Confident communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills
* Proven accounting and administration experience
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
* Experience with MYOB (highly regarded)
* Ability to work autonomously
* Previous experience in hospitality or the golf industry (advantageous but not essential)
