We're now seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. The position is available on a casual basis with permanent opportunities including sponsorship available for the right candidate.
Job Summary:
* Flexible hours available
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the daily operations and smooth running of front-of-house shifts.
* Lead and support the FOH team to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered.
* Maintain stock levels, oversee restocking and ordering by liaising with the Procurement Team.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns or feedback in a professional manner.
* Foster a positive and motivates team environment through on-the-job training and support.
* Ensure venue presentation and cleanliness meet company standards.
* Prepare and service coffee to a high standard.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
* Skilled in coffee preparation – barista experience essential.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Well-organised and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Available to work on a rotating roster from Tuesday-Sunday.
* Police Clearance required for successful applicant.
