Reporting to: Broome Sales Manager
The Role
This full-time role based in Broome Western Australia, centres around providing on point tour coordinating, professional, high-end guest tour experiences & luxury pearl sales.
As the primary contact, with our tour partners, you will have a proven ability and flair for upscale sales and exceptional communication skills. The tour Coordinator ensures the guest experience is efficient & attentive. A genuine desire to go the extra mile as you respond to guests needs.
Encouraged to act and think independently, you will feel comfortable and confident to undertake your duties autonomously whilst remaining actively engaged in a solution-focused, fun team environment.

Responsibilities
* Pick up guest transfers by bus
* Deliver pearl appreciation and pearl grading tours (all training Inhouse)
* Luxury jewellery sales.
* Manage cruise partner invoicing.
* Seek and analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve our service and experience.
* Administrative tasks as directed by Sales Manager.
* Create new revenue ideas within the exhibition/tour space.
Essential Skills
* Minimum 1 year tour Coordination experience, preferably within the tourism industry.
* Well-developed sales skills.
* Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to resolve issues independently and in a timely and accurate manner.
* Solid knowledge and experience using Outlook, Excel & Word.
* Previous knowledge in Fare harbour, RMS & CRM or similar.
* Be willing and able to work weekends / public holidays and fulfil on-call duties as per vessel schedule.
* Valid driver's license.
* MR licence (will be paid for by company if required)
* Ability to obtain police clearance.
* Must be able to provide proof of COVID vaccination (including booster shots, if eligible).
* Must be willing to undertake rapid antigen testing (RAT) as required as part of COVID management plan.
