WIRTGEN AUSTRALIA seeks a Field Service Technician to join our Queensland Service team. This position will work across all Wirtgen Group brands with the role requiring flexibility with the ability to work autonomously. A self‑motivated and driven individual would be highly regarded. This role is based at our premises in Stapylton, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
* Servicing, maintenance, and repair of Wirtgen Group equipment;
* Preparation of new machine build requirements;
* Commissioning/training of Wirtgen Group machinery;
* Diagnose machine issues or customer complaints and assist in finding solutions;
* Conduct machine inspections;
* Provide a professional customer service and care attitude at all times;
* Assist in the training of Apprentices and other staff as required;
Qualifications and Experience
* Australian/New Zealand recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical);
* Proven experience within a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role for minimum 2 years;
* Unencumbered Drivers License;
* Basic computer skills;
* Must be able to communicate well with co‑workers and customers;
* Must be able to work under pressure;
* High attention to detail;
* Willing to learn and take direction.
The ideal candidate will also need to complete and pass a pre‑employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and obtain a police clearance.
