With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Ballarat, Colliers is looking for another star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Ballarat office.
What you can expect: Monday to Friday working hours, no weekend work!Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceAssisting in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across BallaratMaintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellersNegotiating property transactions from start to finishConducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial propertyCultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceDelivering market knowledge and advice to clientsCoordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.A little about you!
