Are you looking to build a career in financial services and make a real difference? We're hiring for two Superannuation Administrators to join our team based in the Gold Coast! These are 12-month fixed‐term contract positions with the possibility to extend or go permanent.
Responsibilities
* Keep member account information accurate and up to date
* Help process benefit payments and pension payroll
* Respond to member enquiries with care and professionalism
* Support daily banking and contribution allocations
* Assist with onboarding new members and updating insurance details
* Learn about compliance and risk in a supportive team environment
Requirements
* A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Organised and proactive approach to tasks
* A genuine interest in financial services and helping others
Bonus Skills
* RG146 compliance
* Basic understanding of superannuation
* Previous experience in admin or customer service
