A day in the life of a Bar & Gaming Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect drink to make a guest's day.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, maintain high standards and ensure a memorable experience.
* Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and where legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This hands‐on role involves manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must perform these tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* Natural at making people feel welcome and attentive to detail.
* Team player motivated to create magic for guests and teammates.
* Happy to work predominantly night shifts.
* Hold a current RSA, RCG modules 1 & 2, and a Gaming Licence with flexible availability.
