Why Join Us?

We are currently seeking compassionate and committed DSWs to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD, on a contractual (sole trader/ABN) basis. This model gives you the freedom to manage your schedule, choose the services you want to provide, and earn a higher hourly rate while still being supported by a professional, nurse‑led organisation.

* Competitive hourly rates and transport reimbursements.
* Full flexibility to take breaks or holidays as needed.
* Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance provided.
* Access to a supportive Sydney‑based on‑call team of qualified Registered Nurses.
* Opportunities for career development, including support to build and manage your own business.

Role Details

* Shifts are offered across various times: weekdays, evenings, weekends, nights and public holidays (with relevant penalty rates and allowances).
* Some roles may require transporting participants to community activities (appointments, shopping, school, etc.). Reimbursement is provided for both travel time and vehicle usage.

What You'll Need To Join Us

* A registered ABN (easy and free to register under your personal name).
* Proof of working rights in Australia (e.g., Citizenship, Permanent Residency or relevant visa).
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) – current and valid.
