The Role
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Ryde group home with 32.5 hours per week.
* Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
* Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
* Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.
* Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
* Being part of a fun and dynamic team.
Requirements
* Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles)
* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).

* Attractive hourly rate of $34.59 + Super + Penalty Rates.
