Operations Manager | Technology Integration Specialist

We seek an Operations Manager who thrives on taking the lead, driving momentum, and solving problems fast. The Role
You'll lead the operational excellence that powers our high-performance team. From coordinating complex MDU installations in architecturally significant properties to ensuring our supply chain supports projects where timing and detail are critical – you will make things happen.
This role is dynamic and collaborative – you'll work directly with clients, architects, contractors, and our team to navigate the intricacies of luxury automation projects. It suits someone who enjoys variety, owns their space, and thrives on both technical and interpersonal problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Operations Excellence– Take charge of sophisticated automation installations where brands like Crestron, Control4, and KNX must integrate seamlessly across residential and commercial environments. Resolve challenges proactively and keep progress moving.
Client Experience Standards– Ensure every operational touchpoint reflects our commitment to sophistication and technical excellence. Build trust through confidence, responsiveness, and clear communication.
Process Optimisation– Develop and refine operational frameworks that grow with us. Implement scalable systems that support speed and precision.
Collaborative Problem-Solving– Work closely with technicians, contractors, and clients to solve issues fast. Use creativity and logic to meet both technical requirements and client expectations.
Profitability & Supply Chain Management– Monitor project margins and oversee specialised equipment procurement. Drive smart decisions that protect our premium standards and commercial results.
Resource Planning– Lead coordination of technicians, apprentices, and specialist contractors across multiple installations. Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Minimum 3 years operations management experiencein electrical, technology integration, or audio visual industries
Proven ability to lead teams and projects under pressure, solving problems quickly and maintaining strong relationships
Sharp analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset
Exceptional communication and interpersonal influence with high-end clients and internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with home automation, AV integration, or smart building technologies
Background in luxury residential or high-end hospitality operations
Understanding of electrical systems and low-voltage installations
Familiarity with premium brand standards and quality requirements
