Strategic Sales Leadership Opportunity
As a seasoned sales executive, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to our Sales team, driving growth and revenue expansion across the country. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Determining and executing the national growth strategy, long-term plans, and policy for the commercial portfolio.
* Authorizing resources; building and leading the Business Development (BD) structure as revenue scales.
* Leading high-value tenders/proposals and negotiating enterprise contracts across guarding, mobile patrols, electronic security, and monitoring.
* Building relationships with senior executives; representing us at industry forums and key negotiations.
* Owning pipeline/forecasting and weekly/monthly reporting to the CEO; driving CRM discipline.
* Partnering with Marketing on targeted campaigns and CRM-driven demand conversion.
About You (Selection Criteria)
* Senior executive track record setting strategy and policy, with P&L/budget authority and cross-functional leadership.
* Direct reporting to CEO and experience directing senior managers.
* Proven success winning multi-year, high-value contracts in multi-site or national environments; strong negotiation and stakeholder influence.
* Required qualifications: Australian Driver Licence; Working With Children Check; Security Adviser Licence where applicable.
